My name is Clayton Wagner, I am the founder of State Cuts. I am originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where my family owns a farm. I am a senior at Penn State University where I am growing this company in order to help others with a common issue: solving the pains of getting a haircut.

I'm doing this because I know how frustrating getting a haircut can be. You just want something simple that doesn't take too long, so why do you have to go to a store and wait in line forever? It shouldn't be that difficult, and it isn't anymore. State Cuts allows you to schedule an appointment and stay at home or in the office. We will come to you! At the time of your appointment, we'll setup a portable chair and mat setup to ensure we don't leave any mess behind. In and out in a timely fashion, you won't spend more than 15 minutes in the chair getting a haircut. At State Cuts we strive for timeliness, quality, and ease of process.
