No! We come prepared with the necessary equipment to ensure all of your hair goes out the door with us! You won' t ever know we were present once we're gone.

Satisfaction is our goal. If we don't meet your standards, we are happy to give you your next haircut completely FREE. Unless we can glue your hair back in, we can't give you a refund.

Haircuts take approximately 15 minutes plus an extra few minutes for set-up/tear-down along with payment. Overall, we aim to be at your location less than 25 minutes.

Yes, you do have to renew each year.
